Services

Maddy’s Home Help offers a range of services including home help, companionship, cleaning services, pet care and dog walking. Services are tailored to individual requirements and agreed before work begins.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices are provided before services commence and are subject to the specific requirements of each client. Any additional work requested outside the agreed service may incur additional charges.

Appointments & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge at my discretion.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to their property and informing me of any hazards, pets or circumstances that may affect service delivery.

Cleaning Services

Cleaning products and equipment can be provided unless otherwise agreed. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, no guarantee can be given for permanent stains, damage caused by wear and tear, or issues beyond my control.

Pet Care & Dog Walking

Pets remain the responsibility of their owner at all times. Clients must provide accurate information regarding their pet’s behaviour, health and any special requirements.

Dogs must be suitably equipped for walks and owners must disclose any behavioural concerns before services begin.

Companionship & Home Help

These services provide practical support, companionship and assistance with everyday tasks. They do not replace professional medical, nursing or personal care services.

Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods will be discussed when booking.

Insurance

Maddy’s Home Help is fully insured and DBS checked for your peace of mind.

Liability

While every reasonable care is taken when providing services, liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
